How does the customer experience change? Our goal is to make your customer's experience as painless as possible. Once your customer has decided which firearm they wish to purchase, your employee will hand the customer an iPad running our software. The software will walk the customer through the entire process to allow your employee to complete everything needed on their side. Once completed, the customer will hand the iPad back to the employee to complete the remainder of the process. You will notice a "Customer Login" button at the top of this page. We allow customers to store some information such as their name, address, city of birth, nationality and other fields which tend to not change frequently to help streamline the process in the store. This information can be updated in realtime at the store when filling out the form or via our website at the customer's convenience. We aim to digitize the entire process by offering the use of digital signatures when using our product via an iPad.
